Full Paper Submission

Those whose abstract was accepted are required to submit their full paper. Please prepare for full paper submission by referring the authors' guide below.

Guideline for Full Paper Submission

1.   Prepare Your Submission

a)   Full paper length should be within 6 pages.

b)   For full paper template, please visit IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings page and use templates on the website.

c)   You MUST create a PDF file of your submission via IEEE PDF eXpress® Plus. All submissions MUST be IEEE Xplore® compliant PDF, and the only way to insure this is to use the following link to create a PDF of your submission. Once you have completed this step, only then can you move on to the INTELEC Online Submission website and submit your paper.

3. Instructions:

First-time users should do the following:

1) Select the New Users - Click Here link.

2) Enter the Conference Log-in ID, your e-mail address, and a password.

3) Continue to enter information as prompted.

4) An Online confirmation will be displayed and an e-mail confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users

Previous users of PDF eXpress or IEEE PDF eXpress Plus need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

4. Contacting PDF eXpress Support

Access the Publications Support Center for IEEE PDF eXpress. If you do not find an answer in the Find Answers tab, go to the Ask A Question tab. Your question will be forwarded to IEEE PDF Support and answered within 3 business days.

2.   Copyright Transfer Policy

The Conference Proceedings will be published and distributed at the conference. The copyright of your full paper is required to transfer to The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE). We request you to confirm the Copyright Transfer Policy on the form below. If you are agreeable, please upload the Copyright Transfer Form via online submission system by July 28, 2015. Otherwise, your paper will not be included in the conference proceedings.

3.   Register to the INTELEC 2015

Please register before submitting the full paper and put the registration number on submission system when you submit the full paper.

INTELEC 2015 requires every accepted paper to be linked to a full conference registration (i.e. "Member or Non-Member of full conference" registration that includes access to all sessions) by one of the paper authors. An author's full registration can be used to meet this requirement for only ONE paper that include him/her as an author. "Day" and/or "Student" registrations can NOT be used to meet this requirement.

4.   Confirm the Following Items Before Submission

☑ Verify that your submission is under 6 pages.

☑ Verify that your paper follows templates of IEEE.

☑ Confirm the Copyright Transfer Policy.

☑ Confirm your submission is converted into a PDF file through IEEE PDF eXpress® Plus.

5.   Online Submission

Please go to the online submission page from the link below and start submission procedure. Log-in with your ID, password, and Event ID you have received when you submitted the abstract. Full Paper Submission deadline is July 28, 2015.

6.   After Submission

After you completed online submission, a confirmation email will be sent automatically to your email address shortly. If you cannot receive the email, please contact the secretariat.

7.   To Revise Your Submission

If you wish to revise an already submitted paper, please revisit the online submission page, enter the ID and Password issued via auto-generated email at the time of submission, and alter your submission to upload a new PDF file. You can revise or confirm your submission as many times as you wish up until the submission deadline.
