Citizens of certain countries are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. The organizer will provide assistance to prepare the documents for visa application. The document preparation will begin from late July 2015 since Japanese Embassy accepts visa application from 3 months before the Conference. Please note that the documents will be provided only to the participant who has completed the registration with full payment of the fee.
